When I use auto prune to tidy up posts from an ebay rss feed then category pages display the wrong images.

Auto Prune Post: Does media also get deleted?
When the Auto Prune Posts runs, should the photos that were associated with the post and were saved in the media library, also get removed automatically? If not, can you suggest a plugin that would work alongside your plugin?
unable to login to admin panel
installed plugin Admin Renamer Extended on Dec 29, 2014. Changed name for login and now cannot login.

Hello,
Could Auto Prune Posts be updated to allow it to automatically delete posts that reach a certain age?
I am wanting to have it delete posts that reach 2 days old in specific categories.
